1. Cancellation by Customer

• Before Dispatch:
  Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
  • Refund: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• After Dispatch:
  Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may still return the product as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by IslamicBook.in

IslamicBook.in reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock.
• Payment verification fails.
• Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
• If delivery is not serviceable to the provided location.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Products

Certain products are not eligible for cancellation:

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.).
• Custom-made or personalized products.
